About these terms
AnnapurnaOps is a kitchen operations platform operated by SandCo Tech Services ("SandCo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between SandCo and the person or business that creates an account or uses the platform (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a restaurant or business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
The Service
AnnapurnaOps provides tools for daily kitchen close-out, ingredient forecasting, inventory and sales tracking, staffing and task management, guest-review workflows, and related operational reporting. Forecasts, alerts, and recommendations are decision-support outputs and are provided to assist your team’s judgment; they do not replace it. You remain responsible for your own purchasing, preparation, staffing, pricing, and service decisions.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access is governed by branch-aware roles and page-level permissions that you configure for your team. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account, and to ensure that everyone you invite complies with these Terms.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- use the Service for anything other than operating your own restaurant business;
- upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unrelated content, or content you lack the rights to;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or circumvent access controls or usage limits;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service, or attempt to access another business’s data;
- use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Connecting third-party services
The Service lets you optionally connect third-party accounts, including Google Business Profile, so that AnnapurnaOps can read your business reviews and publish replies that you approve. You may only connect an account you own or are authorised to manage. Your use of any connected service remains subject to that provider’s own terms, and you can disconnect it at any time from your settings or from the provider’s account controls. Our handling of data obtained through these connections is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your data and content
As between you and SandCo, you retain ownership of the operational data and content you submit to the Service. You grant SandCo a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your operational data. On request, we will provide a reasonable export and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed by SandCo Tech Services on the terms presented at sign-up or agreed in writing during onboarding. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are added where required. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already served. We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to recurring pricing.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may perform maintenance or update features over time. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Forecasts, anomaly flags, and recommendations are estimates generated from historical and operational data and may be incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SandCo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SandCo Tech Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, unless a longer retention is required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
